1.    Berries – All kinds of berries have phytonutrients that are known for their cancer fighting properties. These nutrients are known to slow down the growth of cancerous cells. Include these in your diet to prevent skin, esophageal, colon and oral cancer. 

2.    Tomatoes – Interestingly, this fruit (yes it’s a fruit) is the only best source of nutrient known as lycopene that can help in fighting off endometrial and skin cancer. It is also helpful in lunch, stomach and prostate cancer. 

3.    Garlic – Garlic is a great source of phytochemicals that are known to stop the formation of carcinogens in our body. By including this super food in your diet you can fight the chances of colon, breast, stomach and esophageal cancer. 

4.    Broccoli – It might be your least favorite vegetable, but this super veggy is a great source of nutrients that are helpful in fighting cancerous cells. By eating broccoli more often, you reduce the chances of bladder, prostate, breast, liver, lung, skin and stomach cancer.
